Buffer microspheres 50μL |
8T/Tube,48T/pack |
The standard product specification is 8T/tube. When customizing the amplification reagent kit, you can request that the buffer microspheres be separately packaged into 8-tube strips along with the amplification reagents.
【Usage Instructions】
Preparation
Remove the microsphere product from the low-temperature environment in advance. Allow it to equilibrate to room temperature before opening to prevent moisture condensation, which may cause the microspheres to absorb moisture.
Amplification Reagent Preparation
Prepare the required amplification reagents and leave the cap open for later use.
Microsphere Addition
Using clean, dry round-tipped tweezers, gently pick up 1 buffer microsphere and place it into the amplification reagent tube.
Component Addition
Each reaction tube should contain 1 amplification reagent component (in situ lyophilized or microsphere) and 1 buffer microsphere.
Template Addition
Using a pipette, add 50μL of template or prepared reaction mixture into the reaction tube. Close the cap and immediately invert the tube up and down 8-10 times to mix thoroughly. (When using with research reagents, primer-probe components should be pre-mixed with the template in the reaction mixture before adding all at once.) world
Mixing and Centrifugation
After mixing, quickly centrifuge or flick the tube to collect the reaction mixture at the bottom of the tube. Immediately place the reaction tube into the amplification equipment for amplification and detection.
【Product Storage】
1. Storage conditions: Store at ≤-20ºC in a constant temperature environment. Keep away from light and avoid heavy pressure.
2. Validity period: 2 year;
【Note】
Read the Instructions Carefully
Before use, please read the instruction manual thoroughly and follow the operating steps strictly.
Handle with Care
It is recommended to use round-tipped tweezers to gently pick up the microspheres to prevent crushing. Do not use damaged microspheres.
Buffer Microspheres
The buffer microspheres contain B buffer components. Upon rehydration, the amplification reaction will start immediately. Ensure the entire system is rehydrated at once and mixed thoroughly before proceeding with amplification and detection.
Use Within Validity Period
Only use reagents within their validity period and components from the same reagent kit. Do not mix components from different batches.
Moisture Sensitivity
Microsphere products have low moisture content. Opening the package in a low-temperature environment may cause moisture absorption. Always remove the microspheres in advance and allow them to return to room temperature before opening. Once opened, they should be used as soon as possible. Do not use microspheres that have absorbed moisture or become sticky.
