Buffer Microspheres-D50

Microspheres contain buffer and starter solution components for basic and fluorescent type reagents in 50 μL systems.

The standard product specification is 8T/tube. When customizing the amplification reagent kit, you can request that the buffer microspheres be separately packaged into 8-tube strips along with the amplification reagents.

For microsphere-type products, please remove them from the low-temperature environment in advance and allow them to equilibrate to room temperature before opening to prevent condensation, which may cause the microspheres to absorb moisture.

1. Prepare the amplification reagents needed for the experiment and open the caps for later use.

2. Using clean, dry round-tipped tweezers, gently pick up one buffer microsphere and place it into the amplification reagent tube.

3. After adding, each reaction tube should contain one amplification reagent component (in situ lyophilized or microsphere) and one buffer microsphere.

4. Pipette 50 μL of template or prepared reaction mixture and add it to the reaction tube. Close the tube lid and immediately invert the tube 8-10 times to mix thoroughly. (When using with research reagents, primers, probes, and other components should be pre-mixed with the template in the reaction mixture before adding all at once.)

5. After mixing, quickly centrifuge or flick the tube to collect the reaction mixture at the bottom of the tube, then immediately place the reaction tube into the amplification equipment to complete amplification and detection.

1. Storage conditions: Store at ≤-20ºC in a constant temperature environment. Keep away from light and avoid heavy pressure.

2. Validity period: 24 months;

● Before use, please read the instruction manual thoroughly and follow the steps strictly.

● It is recommended to use round-tipped tweezers to gently pick up the microspheres to avoid crushing. Do not use damaged microspheres.

● Microsphere products have very low moisture content. Opening the package in a low-temperature environment may cause moisture absorption. Always remove the microspheres in advance and allow them to return to room temperature before opening. Once opened, they should be used immediately. Do not use microspheres that have absorbed moisture or become sticky.

● The Buffer Microsphere-D product contains B buffer components. Once rehydrated, the amplification reaction will start immediately. The entire system must be rehydrated at once, and the mixture should be thoroughly mixed before proceeding with amplification and detection.

● Only use reagents within their validity period and ensure that components from the same reagent kit are used. Do not mix components from different batches.
