Types of Nucleic Acid Test Strips

Nucleic Acid Test StripBicolor
The Nucleic Acid Test Strip Bicolor is designed for rapid, visual, and qualitative detection of nucleic acid targets, offering two distinct color lines for clear and accurate result interpretation. It combines isothermal amplification technologies with lateral flow detection, making it ideal for applications that require quick, equipment-free results in various settings.
Nucleic Acid Double Test Strip Bicolor
The Nucleic Acid Double Test Strip is designed for simultaneous detection of two nucleic acid targets in one test, providing clear, visual interpretation via two independent test lines. It integrates seamlessly with isothermal amplification technologies (such as MIRA), making it an ideal solution for applications requiring multiplex detection with quick turnaround and no specialized equipment.

Nucleic Acid Triple Test Strip Bicolor
The triple nucleic acid test strip can quickly detect three nucleic acid amplification products: one end is fluorescein (FITC/6-FAM) and the other end is biotin, one end is digoxigenin and the other end is biotin, and one end is 6-carboxytetramethylrhodamine (TAMRA) and the other end is biotin.
Nucleic Acid Test Strip
Nucleic acid test strips can quickly detect nucleic acid amplification products with fluorescein (FITC/6-FAM) on one end and biotin (Biotin) on the other end; The product is a bare strip without a card box.

Usage Steps for Nucleic Acid Test Strips
Take out the appropriate number of test strips based on the number of samples to be tested andmark them on the absorbent pad. Each test strip can only be used once for a single
sample. If the volume of the amplification product is between 50-100 µL, nucleic acid detection can be performed directly in a 200 µL PCR reaction tube. If the product volume is less than 50 µL, add ultrapure water to the PCR tube to bring the volume to 50 µL, mix thoroughly before testing.
After PCR, RPA, or RAA reactions, open the PCR reaction tube, and insert the test strip's conjugate pad end into the PCR reaction tube. Ensure that the liquid level does not exceed the top of the conjugate pad. Wait for the entire reading area to be soaked (this usually takes 1–2 minutes; during colder conditions, such as in winter, absorption may be slower, extending the soaking time for the reading area). Once the control line (Cline) develops color, you can remove the test strip. Read the result directly based on the color development of the test strip
Note: After completing the RPA or RAA reaction, dilute the reaction product before inserting the test strip.
Observe the result within 10 minutes after the control line (C line) develops color. Any readingafter 10 minutes is invalid.
Record the result and dispose of the test strip in a sealed container in a safe location.
