Nucleic Acid Test Strip

Nucleic Acid Test Strip

Nucleic acid test strips can quickly detect nucleic acid amplification products with fluorescein (FITC/6-FAM) on one end and biotin (Biotin) on the other end; The product is a bare strip without a card box.

Product Introduction

Nucleic acid test strips can quickly detect nucleic acid amplification products with fluorescein (FITC/6-FAM) on one end and biotin (Biotin) on the other end; The product is a bare strip without a card box.

Product NameNucleic Acid Test Strip

Packing specificationsSpecifications:48 T/pack

Principle overviewThis product uses a chromatographic double-antibody sandwich method to rapidly detect nucleic acid amplification products.

FeaturesThis product is easy to operate, quick to interpret, safe and non-toxic, and does not require any special instruments or equipment.

Primers probe design

When designing primers and probes, the forward (or reverse) primer/probe is labeled with biotin, and the reverse (or forward) primer/probe is labeled with fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC) or 6-carboxyfluorescein (6-FAM), and ensure that both markers can be simultaneously integrated into the double-stranded amplification product.

Kit storage

1. Transportation conditions: normal temperature transportation;

2. Storage conditions: storage temperature 4ºC -30ºC, keep away from light, keep it sealed and dry, and avoid moisture;

3. Product validity period: 24 months;

4. See the outer packaging for the production date.

Negative

A band appears in the test strip quality control area (C line), and no band appears in the test area (T line). A negative result indicates that the sample does not contain the target nucleic acid to be detected or its content is lower than the minimum detection amount of the test strip.

Positive

Two bands appear on the test strip, one in the quality control area (C line) and one in the test area (T line). A positive result indicates that the sample contains the target nucleic acid fragment to be detected, and its content is greater than or equal to the minimum detection amount of the test strip.

Invalid

If no band appears in the quality control area (C line) of the test strip, regardless of whether a band appears in the test area (T line), the result is invalid. It may be due to incorrect operation, damage or failure of the test strip. At this time, you should read the instructions carefully to check the operation, and re-amplify and test in strict accordance with the instructions. If the problem still exists, stop using this batch of products and contact the supplier.

(1) The test strip is highly sensitive, and nucleic acid contamination should be avoided during the experimental operation.

(2) Store this product in a suitable environment and temperature according to the instructions, and use it within the validity period; after opening the package, please use it up as soon as possible to prevent the test strip from getting wet.

(3) This product is a one-time use product, please do not reuse it. Please put the used test strips into a sealed bag and dispose of them properly.
