【Sample processing】

1. Nucleic acid extraction

Select the appropriate nucleic acid extraction method and reagents to extract.

2. Add 10 μL of nucleic acid template to the reaction tube, add 10μL of positive control template to the positive control, and add 10 μL of sterile water;

3. Add 2.5μL B buffer to each reaction tube, and cover the cap (for multiple reactions, it is recommended to add the B buffer to the inside of the cap of the reaction tube); invert the reaction tube 8-10 times to mix well, after mixing, put reaction solution to the bottom of the tube and transferred to the amplification area.

【Nucleic acid amplification】
