Product Introduction

1. The product is only for scientific research and is used for nucleic acid detection of respiratory pathogens;

2. The product is suitable for nucleic acid detection extracted from samples such as throat and nasal swabs. The extraction method can be to extract nucleic acid using centrifugal column kit, magnetic bead method, or use our company's nucleic acid rapid release agent;

3. The amplification detection time of DNA/RNA target detection products does not exceed 20 minutes. RNA products already contain reverse transcriptase for one-step amplification detection;

4. Single-target fluorescence detection products are generally FAM fluorescence channels. For dual detection product detection channels, please refer to the instructions. If there are special needs, they can be customized;

5. Single-target test strip type detection products are suitable for nucleic acid test strips for detecting fluorescein (FITC/6-FAM)/biotin (Biotin). If there are special needs, they can be customized;

6. The conventional product form is an in-situ freeze-dried powder freeze-dried in an 8-piece PCR tube. If there are special needs, it can be customized.

Product NameMIRA Influenza B Virus Fluorescence Detection Kit(Research Use Only)

Packing Specifications48 T/pack

Intended usageThis kit is for research use only.This kit is suitable for general qualitative detection of influenza B virus without virus typing.

Detection principle

This kit is based on a rapid nucleic acid isothermal amplification technology: at room temperature and constant temperature (generally 39ºC~42ºC), reverse transcriptase uses specific primers and template RNA to synthesize cDNA strands and the recombinase, Single-stranded DNA-binding proteins and DNA polymerases use newly synthesized cDNA strands as templates for rapid nucleic acid amplification reactions. With the accumulation of amplification products, the designed specific molecular probes release fluorescent signals under the action of exonuclease, and the use of fluorescence detection equipment can realize real-time monitoring of the amplification process of target fragments.

Storage conditions and expiration date

1. Storage conditions: storage temperature≤-20ºC constant temperature environment, keep away from light and avoid heavy pressure;

2. Product validity period: 14 months;

3. See the outer packaging for the production date.

Applicable instrument

1. Suitable for Applied Biosystems 7500, QuantStudio 3/5, QuantStudio 6/7 Flex and other fluorescent quantitative PCR instruments;

2. Applicable to our company's WL-16-III ,and other isothermal fluorescence detectors.

Sample requirement

1. Collect samples in accordance with relevant standards;

2. It is recommended to test as soon as possible after the sample is collected. The test sample can be temporarily stored at 4ºC within 24 hours; for long-term storage, it should be kept below -70ºC, and repeated freezing and thawing should be avoided;

3. If you use sample preservation solution or quick release agent to treat the sample, pay attention to the influence of the residues of substances that affect protein activity, such as acid, alkali, salt, surfactant, etc., on the performance of the reagent.

Interpretation of test results

1. Improper sample collection, transportation, and storage, and improper reagent transportation, storage, and preparation may affect the experimental results and even lead to false negative results;

2. False positive results may occur if the laboratory is contaminated, reagents are contaminated, or samples are cross-contaminated;

3.Due to differences in methodology, abnormal fluorescence curves may occur when using some brands of fluorescent PCR instruments on the market. It is recommended to use our equipment or Applied Biosystems series fluorescent quantitative PCR instruments.

Precautions

1. Please read the instructions carefully before use, and operate in strict accordance with the operation steps;

2. Sample handling should be strictly in accordance with biosafety regulations. During the experiment, work clothes and disposable gloves should be worn, and the experiment should be carried out in different areas to avoid cross-contamination;

3. Use reagents within the validity period, and each component should not be mixed with other batch numbers. Before use, each component of the kit should be fully melted at room temperature, mixed well, and then used after a short centrifugation;

4. Try to avoid air bubbles in the reaction tube, cover the tube tightly, put the amplification tube in a sealed bag after the reaction, and discard it as required;

5. This kit is only used for scientific research, not for clinical diagnosis.
