【Intended Use】
The MIRA SARS-CoV-2 ORF1ab Gene / Reference RNase P Fluorescence Detection Kit is designed for the qualitative detection of SARS-CoV-2 RNA. Utilizing MIRA (Multienzyme Isothermal Rapid Amplification) technology, this assay enables fast, sensitive, and reliable nucleic acid amplification at a constant temperature (39–42°C), without requiring complex PCR thermal cycling. The inclusion of the RNase P gene as an internal control ensures the validity of sample collection and processing. This kit is intended for research use only and is ideal for applications in virology studies, epidemiological research, and nucleic acid detection technology development.

5. Single-target test strip type detection products are suitable for nucleic acid test strips for detecting fluorescein (FITC/6-FAM)/biotin (Biotin). If there are special needs, they can be customized;
